This superlative East Frisian loose leaf black tea is truly something special. Offering an exceptionally robust and brisk brew, the flavour of this premium breakfast tea is hearty and deliciously malty. A masterful and perfectly balanced blend of high-quality, refreshing BOP (Broken Orange Pekoe) grade tea from Assam and Ceylon, this tea offers a unique and very pleasing taste and can be recommended for seasoned tea lovers and tea connoisseurs.

Traditionally, this thick, dark tea was enjoyed in small cups with cream and sweetened by ‘Kluntjes’ - a popular German rock candy sugar.

The superbly strong liquor is ideal partnered with milk and provides a deliciously refreshing pick-me-up when taken first thing in the morning.

Brewing Guidance: Use ca. 200ml of water per 3-4g of tea | Boil water to 100℃ | Steep for 4-5 minutes.

Aroma: Fresh and toasty.

Colour: Dark amber.

Flavour: Imparts a robust, brisk and malty flavour.

Ingredients: Pure Ceylon Black Tea and Pure Indian Black Tea.
