High-quality loose-leaf teas need a little bit of time to release their complex flavour compounds once brewing, but your patience will be rewarded!

A 3 minute infusion time will produce a beautifully balanced cup.

Time – 3 minutes. Depending a personal preferences, the brewing time can be adjusted: 2-3 minutes for a light brew, 4-5 minutes for a stronger cup.
